Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and purchased directly from our website.

Items listed as non-returnable are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us with your order number and desired replacement item.

We will confirm product availability and issue an RMA within 2–3 business days. Once we receive your returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

Price Differences

If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

If it costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Out of Stock Items

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will provide alternative options.

You may choose either store credit (valid for 12 months) or a full refund to your original payment method.
