Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, have all original tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and any items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2–3 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
