Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship across all 50 states.

Standard Shipping: 12–14 business days

Expedited Shipping: 8–10 business days

International Shipping

We offer shipping to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check nearby areas such as neighbours, mailbox, or safe drop locations, and contact the shipping carrier directly.
